Establishment of art gallery and museum for American-african artists is one of her great accomplishment

In 1951, she completed her master in cultural anthropology & doctorate in art history at the Ohio State University

She was too awarded with the Distinguished Artist Award for lifetime achievement

On May 27, 2022 at the age of 99 she took her last breath
